The short version
This website sets no tracking cookies at all. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is essential technical data so the site remembers two choices you make.
What we store, exactly
We use your browser's localStorage (a technical storage mechanism similar to cookies, covered by the same rules) for:

Because these are strictly necessary technical storage items used only to provide features you request, they do not require prior consent under the ePrivacy rules — which is why our banner is informative only.
Analytics
We currently use no analytics. If we enable analytics in the future it will be Plausible Analytics, self-hosted in the EU — a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. If that changes anything relevant, we will update this policy first.
How to remove the stored data
You can delete these entries at any time from your browser settings (usually under "Clear browsing data" or "Site data"). The site will keep working; it will simply show the cookie notice again and may suggest a language once.
